The 8-inch / 203 mm pedal stroke corresponds to the height of real stairs, allowing users to mimic real-world requirements during their daily activities. The low pedal height enables users to engage the unit more easily. The back and side walls of the pedals help keep the user's foot on the footrest. Additionally, the pedal geometry limits ankle flexion.

A screen that is easy to read, with large letters and high contrast, displays the equipment you are using, the calories burned, the total number of steps taken, steps per minute, elapsed time, watts, METS, and heart rate, if you are using a compatible chest strap. The integrated Keizer technology allows you to record and track progress.
