Refund policy

Quote Requests :

Body Gym Équipements Inc. reserves the right to refuse any order at any time, prior to or even after confirmation, for any reason deemed valid. Body Gym Équipements will notify you of its decision to accept or decline your order using the email address or phone number provided in your quote request.

When a quote request is declined, Body Gym Équipements Inc. has no obligation to fulfill your order and also reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel any order after acceptance, for any reason whatsoever.

 

Returns and Refunds :

The buyer must provide the original invoice related to the purchase to obtain a refund.

No returns or exchanges will be accepted for personal items such as heart rate belts, exercise mats, bike saddles, etc.

No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted for non-refurbished equipment sold “as is.” Such items are considered final sales.

No returns, exchanges, or refunds of deposits will be accepted for special orders (equipment specifically imported, custom paint colors, upholstery, etc.).

All merchandise must be unused, with all tags attached and packaging intact. The merchandise must be returned in its original condition within 10 days of the purchase date, at the buyer’s own expense and by their own means.

Items sold as final sale cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. The 10-day policy does not apply to these items.

Body Gym Équipements Inc. reserves the right to limit or refuse the return of certain items at any time and for any reason. Furthermore, if a return is requested, Body Gym Équipements Inc. reserves the right to retain up to 30% of the total order/invoice value to cover administrative, preparation, and handling costs (restocking fees).
