The new Motion Cage by Hoist Fitness is a series of functional training devices that can be configured in different ways to best suit your club and your needs. Configurations can include a squat rack, a 'Renegade' station, a double universal pulley, a punching bag, a jump board, pull-up bars and more... all with hooks and storage racks for the straps , medicine balls and kettlebells. The apparatus can be used individually or in group lessons. The sleek design and bright colors invite you to jump on board and join the session in progress. The Studio versions are specially designed for small spaces. They can integrate the same elements as the complete cages without the central ‘Monkey Bars’ module.
