The XM Crossfit Squat Rack is the all-in-one station for squat, bench, dip and pull-up. The 4 x 6' footprint gives you ultimate stability when squatting or doing pull-ups. Comes with heavy-duty spotting arms, dipping station, dowel station, grease and regular pull-up bars, plate storage and more.
Use the (4) dowel bars and insert them into the safety arms to create a neutral grip dip station or pull-up station.
