FAQ: Frequently Asked Questions
Location and opening hours
Opening hours vary depending on the time of year.
To better serve our customers, we are extending our opening hours to include Saturday during the winter. Please note that this special schedule ends in May and that starting May 1, we return to regular opening hours for the summer period, which is Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
Each year, we are closed for the following holidays: January 1 (New Year's Day), Good Friday or Easter Monday (Easter), the Monday preceding May 25 (National Patriots' Day), June 24 (National Day of Quebec), July 1 or July 2 if that date falls on a Sunday (Canada Day), the first Monday in September (Labour Day), the second Monday in October (Thanksgiving), and December 25 (Christmas).
Holidays: We are closed during the two weeks of construction each year. We are also operating with reduced staff between Christmas and New Year's (December 26 to January 1).
The activities of Body Gym Equipment have been repatriated to the parent company in Quebec. The branch in Montreal is unfortunately no longer open. We still serve Montreal as before. The only difference is that we no longer have a physical store in Montreal.
Address in Quebec: 1404 rue des Frênes, Lévis, QC G6K 1B4
Delivery and transport
Important note: All the delays indicated below are approximate and cannot be guaranteed. They correspond to the estimated delays once the equipment has left our facilities.
Mail delivery (e.g.: Purolator): Delays of 2 to 7 business days.
Road transport delivery: Delays of 2 to 7 business days (rarely exceeds 3 days of waiting).
Inter-provincial and international delivery: Impossible to determine, please consult your advisor.
Inter-provincial ($$) and international ($$$) deliveries depend on the nature of the order.
This question is complex, as it all depends on the availability of the equipment you wish to acquire. Please note that regardless of the type of item desired, the full payment must be made before you can leave with your purchases.

Accessories: We generally have the accessories on hand. It is not uncommon to be able to leave with these items on the same day.

Refurbished training equipment: Refurbished devices are generally not prepared in advance. Therefore, it is usually necessary to place your order and wait for the refurbishment process to be completed before you can pick up your device.

New training equipment: New machines can generally be picked up on the same day, subject to their availability in the warehouse of our main store. If the equipment is in our external warehouse (which is common), it will be necessary to wait for their transfer before you can pick them up.

Special orders: Special orders generally need to be imported. Therefore, it is not possible to leave with them on the same day. Please consult your advisor for updates on the timelines.
Reconditioning of training equipment

Step 1 - Reception and evaluation
Step 2 - Disassembly and deep cleaning
Step 3 - Replacement of worn parts
Step 4 - Repair and calibration
Step 5 - Aesthetic finishing
Step 6 - Performance testing and final validation

The warranties offered on refurbished training equipment depend on the type of device desired, the brand, and the year of manufacture of the device. Given that several factors affect the warranty offered, we invite you to inquire with an in-store advisor. Naturally, the nature of your warranty will be disclosed to you by the advisor before your purchase, and it will be mentioned on your invoice to avoid any confusion.
In the absence of a specific mention on the invoice, a standard limited warranty of 6 months for parts and labor in workshop is offered. Body Gym Equipment Inc. reserves the right to invalidate a warranty when misuse or improper maintenance of the device is observed.
