Shipping policy
1. Quote Request Processing Times
All web quote requests are processed within 1 to 2 business days (except for special orders).
Quote requests sent during the weekend or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is received (except for special orders or large orders, conditions may apply).

3. Shipping Methods
We currently ship to Quebec and Canada. For international shipments, please contact us for more information.
Available delivery methods:
Mail package: Delivery in 2 to 5 business days once the order is processed and payment is received.
Road transport: Delivery in 2 to 7 business days once the order is processed and payment is received. Heavy and bulky equipment may require an additional delay of 1 to 2 days for preparation and shipping.
4. Calculation of Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are calculated by our advisors and depend on the distance to be traveled, the accessibility of the delivery locations, as well as the quantity and nature of the ordered products.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and the link to track your mail package.
If your order is shipped by road transport, you will receive an email with the bill of lading and the carrier's phone number, allowing you to track with the carrier.
In the event that you have not received an email, you can contact us on our main line (418-831-9299) and we will follow up for you.
6. Delivery Address
Please ensure that the address provided is correct and complete. Body Gym Équipement Inc. cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address.
7. Delivery Issues
If your order package does not arrive within the indicated time frame, please contact us at info@bodygym.ca or call us at 418-831-9299, we will work with our carriers to try to resolve any delivery issues.
8. Out of Stock, Special Order, or Unavailable Products
In the event that an ordered product is temporarily unavailable, we will contact you immediately to offer a replacement or a delivery delay.
9. In-store Pickup
By picking up your products yourself in-store, you agree that any warranty covering material damage related to transport or installation will be voided if these operations are not carried out by Body Gym Équipement Inc. or its authorized partners.
