- The model and serial number of your device (usually a white label near the floor on the base of the device).

Information about the warranties offered by Body Gym Equipment Inc.
Please note that all the warranties below apply only to items and equipment purchased directly from Body Gym Equipment. In the event that the manufacturer's warranty applies to your product, we invite you to contact the manufacturer directly through the appropriate channels on their official website. Labor and transportation are additional unless also covered by the manufacturer.
A product sold as new is covered by the warranties offered by the manufacturer and those indicated on the invoice. In case of discrepancy, the manufacturer's warranty takes precedence over the one mentioned on the invoice.
If no warranty is specified on the invoice and no manufacturer warranty applies, a limited 6-month warranty on parts is then offered by Body Gym Equipment Inc.
Please note that accessories as well as bars and weights (e.g., flooring, training accessories, wall balls, slam balls, collars, dumbbells, plates, and Olympic bars) are sold without any warranty. This exclusion is due to the inability to control or verify the use that may have been made of these products after their purchase. The application of an additional warranty on this type of items remains at the discretion of Body Gym Equipment Inc.
For a warranty to apply, a real defect compromising the operation of the device must be present. Aesthetic wear resulting from normal use is not considered a defect affecting performance and proper functioning.
In the absence of a specific mention on the invoice, a standard limited warranty of 6 months for parts and labor in the workshop is offered, in addition to the manufacturer's warranties when applicable. Body Gym Equipment Inc. reserves the right to invalidate a warranty when improper use or maintenance of the device is observed.
A product sold "as is" comes with no Warranty. You purchase it with its qualities and defects. Unless stated otherwise, used goods are sold "as is".
The devices and non-refurbished parts sold "as is" are offered without any explicit or implicit Warranty, including but not limited to:
• Warranty of normal use
• Legal Warranty of conformity
• Warranty of reasonable duration
• Warranty against hidden defects
• Warranty of durability or performance.
By proceeding with the purchase of devices and parts "as is", the buyer expressly waives any claim based on any Warranty of any kind. Carefully inspect these items to ensure they will function and will not eventually require costly repairs.
