The BGHS01 station from Gymnetic is a commercial-grade strength machine designed for mass development and isolation of the pectoral muscles. By simulating the seated press movement, it offers a safe and extremely stable alternative to the free barbell bench press, allowing for heavy loads to be pushed while maintaining impeccable technique.
Thanks to its converging movement path, the handles come slightly closer together at the end of the push, which respects the natural arc of the shoulder joint and maximizes the contraction of the inner part of the pectorals. Its height-adjustable seat allows for perfect alignment of the handles with the middle of the chest, ensuring optimal recruitment of muscle fibers without excessive stress on the anterior deltoids.
