The BGHS02 station from Gymnetic is a dual-function strength machine of commercial grade, designed to precisely isolate the two opposing sides of the upper body: the pectorals (Pec Deck) and the rear of the shoulders (Rear Delt). With its independent articulated arms and 360-degree rotating pivot, it allows for a quick transition from a circular pushing exercise to a pulling exercise in just a few seconds.
In "Pec Deck" configuration, it offers a deep stretch and maximum contraction of the pectoralis major, often surpassing dumbbells due to constant tension. In "Rear Delt" configuration, it becomes the ultimate tool for targeting the posterior deltoid and the rhomboids, thereby improving posture and shoulder joint health.
