The BGHS04 station from Gymnetic is a commercial-grade strength machine designed for mass development and isolation of the shoulders (deltoids). By simulating the seated press movement, it offers a guided converging path that respects the natural movement of the arms, allowing for heavy lifting with a stability that free weights do not provide.

Thanks to its ergonomic seat and L-shaped grips, it allows for varying the working angle to target different portions of the deltoid while engaging the triceps. Its robust structure ensures smooth movement, significantly reducing stress on the shoulder joint and allowing for a focus solely on pushing power.
