The BGHS08 station from Gymnetic is a commercial-grade strength machine designed for the massive development and thickness of the back. By simulating the seated horizontal pulling movement, it primarily targets the rhomboids, middle and lower trapezius, as well as the latissimus dorsi, while providing lumbar stability that free bar pulling cannot match.
Thanks to its padded chest support and its multi-grip articulated handles (horizontal and vertical), it allows for the isolation of back muscle work by eliminating the swinging movements of the torso. Its natural convergence system respects the biomechanics of the shoulders and elbows, ensuring a deep and smooth contraction with each repetition for a reinforced posture and an imposing build.
