The BGHS12 station from Gymnetic is a commercial-grade strength machine designed for the overall development of the lower limbs. Unlike the 45-degree version (BGTN91), this model generally offers a slightly inclined horizontal push trajectory, providing an ergonomic alternative that reduces shear pressure on the lower back while maximizing engagement of the quadriceps, glutes, and hamstrings.

Thanks to its rail system and oversized foot platform, it allows for an infinite variety of foot positions to target different muscle angles. Its adjustable seat and inclined backrest ensure constant lumbar support, allowing for the handling of heavy loads with increased safety compared to free weight squats.
