The BGHS13 station from Gymnetic is a commercial-grade strength machine designed for pure isolation and massive development of the quadriceps (the front of the thigh). Unlike compound exercises like the squat, this machine allows for specifically targeting the four heads of the quadriceps without engaging the glutes or lower back.

Thanks to its depth-adjustable backrest and adjustable ankle pad, it ensures perfect alignment of the knee's rotation axis with the machine's pivot. Its high-precision cam system guarantees smooth and consistent resistance, providing maximum tension even in the fully extended position, where the muscle is most contracted.
