This set of 4 safe plyometric boxes (often called Soft Plyo Boxes) is designed for explosive jump training while minimizing the risk of injury.
Unlike traditional wooden or steel models, these boxes are made with a high-density foam core and a sturdy vinyl covering.
Velcro straps allow the boxes to be stored together, as well as stacked on top of each other to create a taller plyometric box.
