The dual pulley functional trainer HOIST® HD-3000 combines innovative design with increased flexibility to offer a unique device, perfect for any commercial or light commercial fitness center. Its wedge design allows for optimal positioning to maximize the available space.
The HD-3000 offers five different grip options thanks to HOIST's patented Flip ‘N Grip® handles, a practical integrated assistance footstep, 32 pulley positions, and various storage spaces for accessories. A dedicated attachment hook for suspension training allows for even more exercise options with suspension straps and elastic bands.
