The combined Adductors / Abductors machine HD-3800 allows you to strengthen the inner and outer thighs while seated on the same device. Transitioning from one exercise to another is very easy and quick by changing the opening angle and the orientation of the cushions. Ideal for communities, associations, or fitness clubs with limited space and/or budget, the HD range offers an excellent quality/price/performance ratio. The finish is on par with the ROC-IT range, and the modern design allows for easier integration with the RS and RPL series.
