Move to the other side of the Mi7Smith and the Mi7 functional training system includes two Silent Steel® weight stacks with 360-degree rotating columns for total freedom of movement. The patented Flip n Grip® handles offer five pull-up grip options and the pending patent Flip n Dip® handles provide narrow and wide dips.
