Oversized pedals: the pedal design allows users to comfortably adjust foot positioning, and the narrow 7.1 cm pedal spacing minimizes lateral hip movement, reducing stress on the lower back. Ergo grip bar to provide walkers with accurate heart rate monitoring, and Polar telemetry provides runners with accurate and "hands-free" heart rate monitoring (telemetry requires an optional chest strap).
