The new Motion Cage by Hoist Fitness is a series of functional training devices that can be configured in various ways to best fit your club and needs. Configurations can include a squat rack, a 'Renegade' station, a universal double pulley, a punching bag, a jump board, pull-up bars, and more… all with hooks and storage racks for straps, medicine balls, and kettlebells. The equipment can be used individually or in group classes. The sleek design and bright colors invite you to hop on and join the ongoing session. Studio versions are specially designed for smaller spaces. They can incorporate the same elements as full cages without the central 'Monkey Bars' module.
