Features:

The footplate adjusts to fit different leg lengths. The knee pad adjusts with a pivoting motion for precise exercise positioning left and right. The downward rocking motion of the upper torso during exercise provides an optimal range of exercise movements. The additional support of the forearm and angled handles allows users to engage the core muscles throughout the exercise. The angled forearm and pivoting knee pads provide constant support for the upper and lower body to avoid unnatural loading of the spine.
